The BEST cabin we’ve ever stayed in!! From the beginning, the owners were excellent at communicating and providing us great recommendations! The cabin was gorgeous and the views were spectacular! Everything at the cabin was so clean and made our stay a very comfortable one! So much to do while in the cabin - watching movies in theatre room, playing putt putt and board games, shooting pool , and enjoying the hot tub and the mountain views! When we ventured out, it was very easy to travel to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place! - Wendy

“Everything was amazing. It is the perfect cabin for all age kids, we had children ages 1-17 and everyone had the best time. The door going down the stairs was perfect for keeping our 1 year old away from the stairs. Our kids never asked to leave or go anywhere bc they had so much to do in the cabin. “The pictures of this place doesn’t even do it justice! The theater is way bigger than the pics even make it seem- it’s literally a real movie theater! This was pitch black, multiple rows of reclining theater seats and a massive screen with incredible surround sound- bring popcorn! The putt putt was so cool, the layout of the house was perfect and the view was incredible! Beds, linens and pillows were all super soft and the decor was so cute! Above all else though, the hosts were the most attentive and accommodating that we’ve ever had and we travel to this area multiple times a year! They were quick to respond to help and even messaged us after check in to see if we needed anything - you WONT get that type of service with the larger cabin rental companies there. 10/10 100% recommend!” – Nicole

"Probably THE BEST airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Kids absolutely loved their sleeping quarters. There was plenty of activities for us to do at the cabin. Beds/pillows were super comfortable, location was convenient. The crew was constantly sending us messages with recommendations, reminders, etc. Overall a 10/10! “We had such a great time here! There was plenty to keep everyone entertained. And the pictures don't lie, this place is gorgeous!  The inside of the cabin was decorated beautifully and very clean. The kitchen was very stocked, and sheets were super soft. Cabin is close to town but still feels in the mountains. Just a perfect getaway cabin! And again, that view! 😍😍😍” – Kacey

SMOKING:  Smoking or vaping, of any kind, is NOT allowed on the premises. Drug use of any kind is NOT allowed on the premises. Breaking this rule will result in a $750 fine, PLUS additional cleaning fees, PLUS the cost of any damages.

PETS: Pets, of any kind, are NOT allowed in the home. Registered ADA Service Animals are welcomed! Emotional Support/Comfort Animals are not allowed. Breaking this rule will result in a $500 fine, and you will be asked to leave, without any refund.

FIREARMS: Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and fireworks of any kind are not allowed on the premises.

PARTIES: Parties/events are not allowed.

RENTAL AGREEMENT / ID VERIFICATION:  Guests are required to carefully read and e-sign the rental agreement and comply with ID verification. Failure to do so will void the booking, subject to the cancellation policy. You are responsible for ALL members of your group!

MINIMUM BOOKING AGE:  The minimum booking age is 25 years old.

100% refund if you cancel more than 30 days before check-in.

50% refund if you cancel 7-30 days before check-in.

No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

Cancellation deadlines are based on check-in time and the property’s timezone.
