These were possibly the most thorough hosts I've ever dealt with. We were provided with a very detailed guide book that included both details about the home and recommendations for things to do, places to eat, etc. The communication and responsiveness of the hosts was very much appreciated. They were all lovely to interact with. Our kids want to go back to the Pigeon Forge area under one condition - they only want to stay at this exact home. "What an amazing weekend we had at this precious cabin!! We loved the themed rooms, and it was great having the game room on a separate floor from the bedrooms since we had little ones sleeping. Putt-putt was a huge hit with little ones and adults alike. No one could believe that a cabin had a ""real"" course...challenging and lots of laughter as we played multiple times. SMOKING:  Smoking or vaping, of any kind, is NOT allowed on the premises. Drug use of any kind is NOT allowed on the premises. Breaking this rule will result in a $750 fine, PLUS additional cleaning fees, PLUS the cost of any damages.

PETS: Pets, of any kind, are NOT allowed in the home. Registered ADA Service Animals are welcomed! Emotional Support/Comfort Animals are not allowed. Breaking this rule will result in a $500 fine, and you will be asked to leave, without any refund.

FIREARMS: Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and fireworks of any kind are not allowed on the premises.

PARTIES: Parties/events are not allowed.

RENTAL AGREEMENT / ID VERIFICATION:  Guests are required to carefully read and e-sign the rental agreement and comply with ID verification. Failure to do so will void the booking, subject to the cancellation policy. You are responsible for ALL members of your group!

MINIMUM BOOKING AGE:  The minimum booking age is 25 years old.

100% refund if you cancel more than 30 days before check-in.

50% refund if you cancel 7-30 days before check-in.

No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

Cancellation deadlines are based on check-in time and the property’s timezone.
